PRO is a 30 days free Maintenance Collection feature where you can generate bill, receipt and track who has paid, how much is outstanding, individually and combined.
PREMIUM, the most advanced feature in our system, integrated with all above 3 modules plus many more features and reports included. -
How do I start?
To start with, you need to fill up a simple registration form with a basic information to fill in, i.e. Email id and Name etc.

Do I need to register to use free features?
Yes, for free features as well, we require a few basic information i.e. Email id, Name, Building name etc. to give the name of your website.

What is the process after the registration?
Once you complete the registration with valid email id, password will be sent to that mail id. Using these credentials (email & password), you will be allowed to log-in to our system and can use "Website Builder" feature to publish your website.

How long these free features can be used? What next once the free period expires?
Once you publish your site using "Website Builder" feature, you can use each free feature up to 30 days without any cost or commitment. After the free period, you can continue by paying a small monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly contribution or can leave without a question asked.

Can I re-register once my subscription expires?
If you do not wish to pay for the same feature after your subscription expires, you can re-register with a new email id to use same feature again and again but we recommend you to pay (charges are quite competitive) and proceed to use the same feature to keep your previous data active.

Do I need to pay for free features?
All free features are absolutely free for 30 days, and during this period, neither have to pay nor have to give any commitment by enrolling your credit card etc.

Should I be an expert in Computer programing to use your software?
No, not at all. Just a formal computer knowledge or just need to know how to operate a smart phone. Simple English language has been used to define all features in our system.

What would be the payment method for a paid feature?
We have collaborated with Third-Party payment gateway "PayU Money" where you can use Credit card, Debit card, Netbanking etc. These cards will be used over "PayU Money" website hence Aarars MyCHS will not have any access to your financial information. For our International customer, we have PayPal as payment gateway. Please note, for PayPal user, amount may vary a bit because of USD conversion.

What if, I do not like the feature after paying for paid feature?
We will refund your money within 10 business days in the same bank, without a question asked, if refundable amount is more than 3 months fees. Please note, in any circumstances, we will not be able to transfer the amount in any other bank.

How do I speak to technical support while using free features?
We are sorry, customers who are using free features can communicate via email or can generate a ticket for Support. To raise a ticket, just click on the "Ask a Question" button, fill in all necessary details and Submit.
Through email, you can an send email to contact@aarars.com for any doubts/queries. Rest assured, CS team will get back to you ASAP. -
Can I use Premium feature free for a small period of time or for a testing purpose?
For integration and testing purpose, we deduct 15 days fee once you pay for any particular period even if time period is as low as one month. For example, if you wish to buy for 1 month, Premium feature will be charged only for 15 days cost. Similarly if you buy for 3 months, it will be charged 2 and half months cost. Free 15 days fee is only for one-time, when renew, you will not be re-entitled for 15 days cost free.

Shall I be able to quit at any point of time?
Yes, you can leave at any point of time without a question asked. In this case, paid feature's data will remain with us for next 60 days and for free feature, data may or may not be able to retain.

Is it possible to get refund if I leave permanently after taking paid feature?
Yes, you can leave permanently any period of time even after a payment made for any paid feature. In that case, if refundable amount is more than 3 months of choosen feature's fee, we will refund your money back on your bank within 10 business days. Please note, in any circumstances, we will not be able to transfer the amount in any other bank.

What is FREE (.in) domain?
.in domain means the domain which ends with .in, for example http(s)://www.yourbuildingname.in, hence instead of Aarars MyCHS URL, you will have your own URL in the name of your building or any other chosen name. However chosen domain name has to be available to get it for you.
Please note, in general, all domain comes with a year validity, we provide free .in domain to our "Premium Member" for the first year ONLY and that too who gives at least a year commitment. -
After logged in to the system, what is the process?
After logged in, you can use "Website Builder" feature to build your website, which will help you to manage your housing society's day to day work conveniently. Also you can raise a ticket from Customer Care section in case of uncertain about the product or raise just a simple question. You also can change your password, phone number etc.

What is "Website Builder"?
A self-service platform, through which you can create your website without having an informal knowledge of computer programming. This website will allow you to manage your housing society's maintenance activity, track of income & expenditure, visitors and many more. For more information, you may visit our demo page.

Is it possible to use paid features along with free features?
Yes, you can club both free and paid features at a time. Our system will generate the cost after deducting free features value automatically, these amount needs to pay before proceed to publish your website unlike free features, where you can directly publish your website without any payment.

Is it possible to change my "Building Name" after registration?
We are sorry, you won't be allowed to change the "Building Name" as well as your "Name" and "Email id".

If I have a specific requirement which is not available in your system?
You can raise a ticket from the Help page, our team will analyse and review the requirements. If everything goes feasible, we will consider the feature to build, Either the feature could be a free of cost or you might need to give a very little one-time contribution.

How do I change my password?
From "My Profile" section, you can change your password after logged in to the system. Also please do not forget to re-login once you change your password.

Is it possible to change my personal details after registration?
You can change your "Phone Number" and "Password".

Do the system automatically upgrade once my chosen time period expires?
We are sorry, we neither charge your credit card without your consent nor ask to extend, hence if you do not pay, it will not be upgraded. We just send an intimation email on or before your product expires. Although, there is an option where you can pay in advance so that your subscription remains active, and you can continue with your favourite features without any interruption.

How do I choose longer period of duration for my subscription?
Unfortunately, on the UI you will be able to choose up to 12 months maximum. If you wish to go for a longer period, you may write to us at contact@aarars.com, we will guide you how to get a longer period of subscription, with discounts and offers.
